This workshop is about you - the writer - and to help you to really unleash the writer within - to cut loose from the inner critic to let your writing flourish and to also learn how to write for your readers... 

The best writers don't necessarily have the best stories and the people with the best stories are often not the best writers - however learning how to tell your story in a way that is authentic, true to you and appealing to the reader is an art. 

You will be surprised how easy writing can be if we allow ourselves to...   That is, of course, where our writing techniques and tips are absolutely invaluable...

While this workshop is largely focused on the writing side of things, we will also address that nagging voice in the back of your mind that wonders about how to get published.

Nowadays, there are ample pathways available to get your writing out and in front of readers. We will explore some of these so you can start to peg out and explore which pathway(s) might be right for your writing.

After decades of writing articles and copy for clients, Erik became a contributor to countless publications, magazines and news media across Australia and internationally. He has worked with experts, speakers, entrepreneurs and authors helping them to get by-lines, to get their content published and to write their books. He has ghostwritten for many of them and supported them to become published authors.

In 2018 he launched Specialty Publishing House LaMinliko Publishing International to help budding writers/authors to avoid some of the pitfalls of getting published, then he created Author Unleashed to help them develop and write their books. 

Last year he wrote and curated the international bestselling book 'Humble Leaders' and earned award recognition for LaMinliko Publishing.

Erik brings his many years of media marketing, PR and personal branding experience and his passion for authentic storytelling to his students and clients, and to the authors whose work he publishes.

Fun Fact:
Erik grew up dyslexic and also trained as a classical mime, which meant he was a silent storyteller - professionally for years.
